This work is created based on the legend of Lake Lindu, a lake located in the Lore Lindu National Park area, Central Sulawesi. The second-largest lake in Central Sulawesi, it covers an area of approximately 3,488 hectares and was formed about 3,000 years ago, during the Pliocene era. Surrounded by three mountains, Lake Lindu also has an alternative version of its creation story, which has become a legend among the local community. The legend begins with a love story and ends with a battle between a lindu (eel) and a dog. The fierce battle supposedly lasted seven days and nights, resulting in the formation of Lake Lindu
